Pen & Tec Consulting is directed by Dr. Elinor McCartney, who has over 20 years experience in product development and regulatory affairs in Europe. She is a veterinary surgeon with a PhD in Veterinary Pathology from Edinburgh University and an MBA (with distinction) from the Open University. Dr McCartney has also tutored for the Open University Business School in several European countries.
Other services offered include technical and copy writing, or 'ghost-writing', to enable clients to publish good quality brochures and articles in scientific or trade magazines.
