Ian is a physical chemist with 30 years experience in R & D project management and contract scientific services. Formerly a Director of Reading Scientific Services Ltd, he led confectionery research and innovation projects for parent company, Cadbury Schweppes (now Cadbury), and provided analytical, scientific consultancy, emergency response and expert witness services for external clients in a range of fmcg industries.
As a consultant, he offers physical science expertise for process and product technical problem-solving and innovation, staff training/mentoring, project management and expert witness services.
