Following 25 years in the food industry, latterly as Technical Director for Lucas ingredients, Dave Baines now offers consultancy in food ingredients, with particular expertise in flavours, seasonings, spices, herbs and proteins.

He also has wide experience of HACCP and offers crisis management strategies including product recall and plant contamination issues. He has developed a package of workshops using idea generation techniques in the search for new products.
